Refund Policy

 

Dear Customers,

 

Wen Xu CPA LLC strives to provide its clients with high quality services which on an individual basis are paid for at completion of said service. Therefore, no refunds are granted. In some cases, a retainer or service deposit are required before services are performed.

 

In the event a client requests a refund for a retainer, service deposit or inaccurate charges, the request must be made in writing, either to the address or via the email listed below. After receipt of the request for refund, any issues will be researched within 5 business days. After such research, if it is deemed that the refund is valid, a refund check will be mailed to the client via USPS first class mail. Otherwise, the client will be notified via USPS first class mail or email.

 

Fraudulent Credit Card Charges or Fraudulent Claims – All requests to negate charges will be investigated. If you make a fraudulent claim of unauthorized card usage, Wen Xu CPA LLC will report this to the credit card services. This report may result in cancellation of your card services, put negative information on your credit report, and create possible criminal charges that may be filed against you.

 

Wen Xu CPA LLC reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at its discretion, or against any client it believes is abusing this policy. Any such revision or change will be binding and effective immediately after posting of the revised Refund Policy on Wen Xu CPA LLC websites. It is the client’s obligation to review our refund policy for any such revisions.
